How does Otto connect to AI agents?

Otto uses MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open standard that gives AI agents access to external tools. Once connected, your agent can query analytics, inspect ads, and draft WordPress changes in a single session, without opening dashboards.

Which agents are supported?

Any MCP-compatible client. We document Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, OpenClaw, and Hermes. If your agent speaks MCP over HTTP, it can speak Otto.

What can Otto MCP do?

56 tools across 11 integrations: GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, Business Profile, Meta Ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram, YouTube, Sheets, Shopify, PageSpeed, plus 25 WordPress operations. Analytics stay read-only. WordPress writes default to draft.

Do I need an API key for every platform?

No. Connect accounts once in Otto via OAuth. Your AI client only holds an Otto MCP token (otto_mcp__). Secrets never leave Otto's server.

How does pricing work?

Is there a CLI?

Not yet. MCP is the supported path today. A CLI for Claude Code, Codex, and terminal agents is coming soon. The toggle on this page shows the shape of that flow.

Can I use this with my own agent setup?

Yes. Otto MCP is a standard HTTP endpoint at https://otto.islaintel.com/api/mcp with a bearer token. Point any MCP client at it.

What about write access and safety?

Analytics integrations are read-only: no spend or config changes. WordPress creates default to draft. Publish, private, future, and delete require reviewer or admin. Every Webby deploy and site edit is in the change log.
