Less dashboard, more done
You shouldn't have to log into three tools to change your hours. Otto takes the request and handles it.
Otto is an AI employee for your website. Any service business can use it. We're IslaIntel, a small team in San Juan that got tired of watching good sites go stale and turned the fix into something you can talk to.
The website mattered. It just never got the hours. Hours were wrong on Google. New services sat in a notebook instead of on a page. Someone would say "we should fix the SEO" every quarter and then nothing would happen.
Most of these businesses already had WordPress, or Wix, or an agency they paid every month. The tools were fine. The problem was nobody owned the boring work: updating copy, checking forms, fixing links, keeping listings in sync.
We built Otto when the models got good enough to actually do that work. You tell it what needs to change. It handles the update, keeps a log, and checks back in. No industry required. If you have a site that needs someone looking after it, that's what Otto is for.
We think AI at work should mean someone (or something) with actual responsibilities, not a toy you open once a month. We started with websites because the tasks are concrete and most small businesses are already behind.
You shouldn't have to log into three tools to change your hours. Otto takes the request and handles it.
Websites don't get "finished." Otto treats updates as normal work, not a project you schedule twice a year.
Pricing, forms, anything sensitive goes through you first. Everything else still gets logged.
Otto won't rebuild your app or redesign your brand. It runs the site you already have.
Otto isn't built for one vertical or one city. The details change but the pattern doesn't: pages fall behind, forms break, SEO drifts. Below are businesses we work with, including a lot of our IslaIntel clients in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
Some names are IslaIntel clients who use other services too. The Otto list is growing.
IslaIntel is the company. Otto is the product. Anyone with a website can use Otto. IslaIntel itself is focused on Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, where we train teams, implement AI, and work with local businesses directly.
We spend a lot of time with clinics, restaurants, law firms, salons, and gyms on the island. You learn things that way: how fast hours need to change before a storm, how local SEO actually behaves here, how long an agency ticket sits. Otto came out of that experience.
Putting models to work inside real processes. Less slide deck, more deployment.
Teaching teams how to use AI without creating a mess six months later.
Software like Otto, built from problems we kept seeing with island businesses.
